The Great Cathedral

The iconography and architecture of Chartres Cathedral can be looked at in many ways. However for one with “eyes that see” many “secrets” can be understood by looking at the work the Master Craftsmen who built Chartres Cathedral produced.

The major part of those “mysteries” have been encoded and represented through the use of Christian iconography. But when looked upon with the proper wisdom, one can understand how those depictions are related to wisdom going back long before the Christian era.

A complete explanation of all the wonders that can be found in this and other Templar built Cathedrals cannot be given on a website, as proper teachings in the ancient ways of True Knowledge would be necessary for this. However, we do devote this section to explaining some of the historical information and esoteric treasures related to the Cathedral.

Marriage at Cana (Blue Virgin Window Details) - Jesus holding a Blue book reaches over a red, a blue and a golden waterpot. Three additional waterpots, two golden ones and a white one are held by others (the scene is described in John 2:1-11).
